We have hand selected our cattle from premier herds in the country. At Little Black Angus ranch, we have taken advantage of the docile nature of this breed in order to build a herd that is friendly, easy to handle and a breeze to calve out. Our heifers have had the easiest calving and the quick rate of gain by our calves is amazing! This is a hardy breed that is able to withstand one hundred degree days or the frigid forty below of January in North Dakota.

We have a few cattle for sale at all times so if there is something you are interested in purchasing but don’t see it on our for sale page, please call us and we’ll see if we have an animal to meet your needs.

There are no growth hormones or other "enhancements" made to our herd; however, we do vaccinate annually. Quality breeding stock and freezer beef available at all times.
